About me
I qualified as a psychologist in Poland in 2003, where I worked with adults with learning difficulties. I moved to the UK in 2006 and worked for over 15 years across the voluntary sector — including The Samaritans, Cruse Bereavement Care and No 5 Youth Counselling Service — as well as in NHS settings, including the Home Treatment Team and Talking Therapies.
I moved back to Poland in 2026 and now offer online counselling and psychotherapy to adults from different cultures, nationalities, sexual orientations, age groups and abilities.
My practice is based in Poland and I abide by local laws and regulations. I continue to attend professional training and regular supervision.
I am an accredited member of IPT UK (Interpersonal Psychotherapy UK) and BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
My theoretical approach is integrative. In my work I combine different theoretical modalities and techniques to tailor the therapeutic approach to your individual needs. I draw on humanistic-experiential approaches, CBT, IPT, Mindfulness and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

Services
Online therapy from the comfort of your home.
Psychological Consultations
Initial short-term online meetings to discuss your current difficulties, evaluate your needs and outline a plan forward.
These sessions last approximately 50 minutes and there are usually 1–3 meetings. They serve primarily a diagnostic and advisory function rather than a therapeutic one, although they may become the starting point for therapy.
Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy
A short-term or long-term process that can focus on one specific issue or on more complex difficulties. It typically takes the form of weekly sessions and aims to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, bodily sensations and relationships, while alleviating the difficulties you are experiencing.
Psychotherapy fosters greater self-awareness, the development of new coping skills and improvement in relationships.
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)
IPT is an evidence-based, time-limited and structured type of psychotherapy, usually lasting 12–16 sessions. It focuses on the here and now and on your current relationships rather than primarily on past childhood events.
The main goal is to improve how you communicate and relate to others in order to help reduce mental health symptoms such as depression.
IPT looks at how your mood is connected to specific life events by focusing on one of four main problem areas: interpersonal dispute, role transition, unresolved grief, or isolation and difficulties in forming and maintaining close relationships.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes and take place weekly or every two weeks.
You can read more about IPT here: IPT UK — Stages of IPT.
